Terms and conditions

General

• All offers are valid for new customers only.
• Offers are valid from September 1^st until December 31^st, 2023.
• These offers can be used once per client.
• These offers cannot be combined in the same service.
• Theses offers are valid for residents of the County of San Luis Obispo, CA.

$100 Off on initial deep cleaning

• Offer valid in a package of minimum a $499.00 deep cleaning service.
• Offer valid once per client.

$250 Off on your yearly agreement

• Get $250.00 Off on your new annual agreement.
• The $250.00 discount will apply distributed in 12 months: 11 with an $20.00 discount and the last with an $30.00 discount.
• The monthly discount will apply only in the first service of each month.
• The yearly agreement must follow one of these guidelines:
  • Biweekly cleaning
    26 visits per year, minimum 4 technician hours per visit.
  • Weekly cleaning
    52 visits, 3 technician hours minimum charged at higher rate.
• You may cancel at any time. However, cancelling before the yearly visits have been completed will result in full charges for any discounted rates on cleaning.

FREE HOLIDAY CLEANING

• Offer valid for a cleaning service valued at $199.99 max.
• This service will be provided in the 12^th month of your annual agreement.
