Cleaning Policies

Leticia’s First Class Cleaning, Inc. appreciates your business and knows how important your home is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Policies, Terms & Conditions.

We normally work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners.

APPOINTMENTS
For your convenience we have a flexible schedule seven days a week. Leticia’s First Class Cleaning Inc. will do our best to arrive on time at your home. Please note, since is not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs. We consider on time to be within a 1.5-hour window before or after the scheduled time of arrival.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame. Without a 48-hour cancellation notice you will be charged the full rate of your service. Our reminders are not to help cancel visits but they are to help make sure you have the space free of clutter for us to clean and to allow us access to the job site.

If for any reason, we cannot gain entry to the job site due to clients’ failure to provide correct access in any form, our team will notify our office and is instructed to wait at least 15 minutes from our start time. Our office will reach out to the client or clients’ designated point-of-contact by text message or phone call. If we still cannot gain entry by this time, LFCCI will charge in full for the cleaning. If it is our first visit we will charge in full for the estimated time sent and agreed upon.

TECHNICIAN HOURS
Technician Hours are based per person. For example, if we send 2 technicians(cleaners) for 8-technician hours, 2 pros will be on site cleaning for 4 hours. If we send more technicians on site just divide the hours by the number of technicians. The number of technicians sent to any job is based on the job size, our schedule, and available technicians. Our time begins when we park our vehicle(s) and begin to gather our cleaning supplies before entering. Time worked ends when all of our supplies and equipment are restocked back into our vehicle(s).

PRICE GUARANTEE
If you are looking to hire one of the best companies in the county, understand we are not the cheapest. We can match or beat competitors’ prices as long the competitors have the same qualifications as we do. Fully licensed, bonded and insured plus the size of the company is over 10 employees.

TRAVEL FEES
A travel fee may be added for south county, coastal cities, surrounding lakes, Bradley, Santa Margarita, and Shandon areas.

GREEN CLEANING
Green cleaning available upon request. Please request more information to proceed with green cleaning products.

PHOTOGRAPH POLICY
Our teams are required to take pictures to verify conditions during cleaning. We also need to see if we can remove stains with our regular products or if we will have to use a steamer or heavier duty cleaners or verify, we will not be able to remove stains. Upon hiring us, we have the right to take pictures of areas we clean and use them for verification and marketing purposes online.

PETS
“Dogs away when cleaning is underway.” 

If you will not be home, please confine your furry friends. Lety’s team will not enter the premises if dogs are loose.  For the safety of all pets (even your iguana), please confine them on cleaning day.

INSECT/RODENT
We expect our clients to maintain and monitor their spaces for bugs/pests. We reserve the right to refuse service if the space have visible infestation and may require professional pest control services. In such event Leticia’s First Class Cleaning Inc. will consider this a cancelation and follow standard procedure of the cancellation policy of a 50% charge of services. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work, leaving a gaping our schedule.

  • SPECIALIZED CLEANING RATES
    Cleaning after rodent or bug activity (e.g., droppings, nests, infestations) will now fall under a specialized service category with adjusted rates.
  • ADVANCE NOTICE
    We request that clients inform us of any rodent or bug-related concerns prior to our scheduled cleaning. This will allow us to plan accordingly and bring the proper equipment. We understand this is not always possible and will notify our clients with pictures regarding the infestation.
  • LICENSED EXTERMINATION
    Before we can clean affected areas, we request that the issue be addressed by a licensed exterminator to ensure the infestation is no longer active. If proper PPE is at hand we can clean it right away but please note if it reoccurs we will need to charge for cleaning the infestation each time.

QUALITY
Our work is guaranteed, however we do not offer a refund. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with at no additional cost you.

When you need extra services or additional cleaning on your schedule cleaning day, please call us 48 hours in advance to make sure we reserve the extra time we need in order to provide time for the additional service needed.

SAFETY
In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances like the refrigerator, oven, and sofa. Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
If we arrive to clean and there is no payment provided, we will contact you immediately for payment arrangements or reschedule your appointment.

Payment for services is due in full at time of service. We accept cash or personal check. Please make checks payable to Leticia’s First Class Cleaning Inc. Sorry, no Credit Cards accepted.

GENERAL
For your protection, Leticia’s First Class Cleaning, Inc. is fully insured with a general liability insurance policy.
