Terms and conditions

-Receive $250 off an initial cleaning with a purchase of yearly cleaning contract.

-Yearly contract must follow one of these guidelines:

Monthly cleaning
12 visits per year, minimum 8 technician hours per visit.

Biweekly cleaning
26 visits per year, minimum 4 technician hours per visit.

Weekly cleaning
52 visits, 3 technician hours minimum charged at higher rate.

You may cancel at anytime. However, cancelling before the yearly visits have been completed will result in full charges for any discounted rates on cleaning.
